Details: CCPH was notified of a positive total coliform water sample result; I called and left a message for Michelle Ellsworth that a total of 5 follow up samples are required: 3 samples from distribution (1 sample at same tap that had positive result, and 2 other samples from distribution), as well as 1 "triggered" source sample from each of the two active wells.
