| Details: | Routine monthly coliform collected 8/8/18 that was total and E.coli positive was actually collected from the raw source water. Apparently, the LT2 raw source sample and monthly routine were collected on the same day and the labels switched accidently. A proper monthly routine was collected 8/15/18 and was absent for total coliform and E. coli. No further action required. | ||
