| Details: | Fran Erickson called me and left a message about Dyno Nobel's listed violation for August saying a source assessment water sample was missed that month; the lab apparently did forwarded the August sample results to OHA DWS later. The results are posted now, so on that August "Source Assessment Sample - Late/Noneporting" violation, I have determined that is now returned to compliance, which I mentioned when I called back and left a message. | ||
