| Details: | Contacted Lakeview LDS Chapel water system regarding the positive coliform sample collected on April 29, 2018. The person, Suzanne Smith, informed me that Brice Whisenant is not longer the contact and the new contact is Theresa Stout. Tried to contact Theresa Stout and her voice mail was not active so a return call was made to Suzanne Smith and she was informed that the system would need to collect 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. Suzanne was also sent an email with the repeat sampling instructions. Suzanne said she would make sure Theresa Stout receives the instructions for repeat sampling and that they would collect the samples and would try and submit the results before May 10th. 2018. | ||
