| Details: | All 3 distribution repeats TC+ after 10/16 routine positive. Triggered source sample absent. Spoke with Gene and they suspect reservoir as it has some root penetrations inside. System plans to install temporary reservoir, empty, inspect, clean and sanitize reservoir. This is 2nd confirmed coliform since August and requires level 2 investigation. | ||
