| Details: | Tri-county industrial park #2 was issued a water quality alert for chemical sampling above the action level for lead. They must distribute a public notice and return a copy to me before 7 pm tonight (within 24 hours of notification). I directed Brain to find instructions for public notice and template here: https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/HEALTHYENVIRONMENTS/DRINKINGWATER/MONITORING/Documents/C-lead-al-exceed-T1-template.pdf Update 10/23: Spoke over the phone with Brian and he admitted that the sample above the action level was taken at the well sample tap and not the distribution. He agreed to do 5 new samples all within the distribution. Per OHA the public notice will not be needed and sample at well HB can be invalidated. |
