| Details: | Carl Gifford, III with the Youngs River Lewis and Clark Water District called to report the October 2018 DBP results were over the MCL. I calculated the LRAA and OEL levels in a spreadsheet and e-mailed it Carl. In my e-mail I stated that although the individual results were over the 0.060 mg/l for HAA5 and 0.080 mg/l for TTHM, compliance with the MCL is based on the locational running annual average or LRAA (average of the last 4 quarters) and an Operational Evaluation Level is based on an average of twice the most recent result, plus the previous two quarters results. Neither the OEL or the MCL were exceeded for either TTHM or HAA5. The calculated LRAA with the October DBP results factored in were 0.0539 mg/l for TTHM and 0.03873 mg/l for HAA5. The OELs were calculated to be 0.0592 mg/l for TTHM and 0.457 mg/l for HAA5. | ||
