Details: We were notified about excursions on the 16th, but we are waiting for them to show up on the website to look into them. The excursions are valid, as the Ssystem failed to meet its alkalinity minimum.
Consequently, you will receive a treatment technique violation, be placed on 6-month tap lead and copper monitoring starting next year, and be required to issue a Tier 2 PN every 3 months until you get back into compliance (aka July 2025).
