11.04.2024- The operator submitted a copy of the boil water advisory issued on Oct 18, 20224, and a copy of the boil water advisory certification. DMCE was CC on this email.


10.31.2024-I emailed the operator requesting an update on the BCA actions that are still pending.
The operator reported that the feasibility study has started, but it is in the very beginning stages. Civil West Engineering was onsite taken measurements. Chemical sampling of SOCs, VOCs and RADs is on standby until the operator can install a sample tap at the distribution entry point (EP-A). The system has experienced several leaks and flow issues with water supply, which have delayed the installation of the EP-A sample tap.

Additional information was provided to the operator regarding the current violations for not meeting SWTR. Current violations for not meeting SWTR will fall under the BCA.
