Details: DWS notified CCPH that during their September report, Western Hills' 4 log related chlorine levels had fallen below the minimum required level for 15.25 hours. Since this was longer than 4 hours, public notice is required to be distributed to all users of the system's water. I notified Robert Trotter of this and forwarded him the Tier 2 Public Notice template "Failure to maintain 4-log treatment of viruses" to use for their Public Notice document to be distributed.
