| Details: | 10/8/24 - DWS contacted NW Natural informing them that the August 2024 SWTR was submitted with several errors. There was not consistent notation of plant activity (on/off) between the filtration and disinfection data sheets. Additionally, the system did not achieve required CT on August 2nd. Jessica Perryman was instructed to re-submit a corrected August SWTR and to distribute a Tier 2 public notice to the customers at the Inn at Otter Crest and Sea Crest. The due date for the public notice is November 12th. | ||
