| Details: | Follow up with manager and operator regarding the positive coliform results for all the repeat samples from the distribution system. I spoke with the operator for the system regarding the possible cause. A Level 1 Coliform Investigation was sent to the manager and operator. A pump company has been contacted to assist with disinfection of the system and identification of a possible source of contamination. | ||
