Details:	Phone call with Holli regarding survey/deficiency follow up for bypass piping rule violation unapproved arsenic treatment system at Crystal Creek building. She has been in communication with their engineer regarding bypass piping and stated they will take steps to remove piping and will stay in touch with LCEH drinking water regarding timeframe. She is also currently working with engineer to obtain as-built plans for the unapproved arsenic treatment system to submit to OHA for plan review. She is also working on submitting paper work for final approval for the new water tanks and waterline system that had conditional approval back in 2020. She did not realize the tank/water line system and arsenic treatment system were two different systems needing separate plan reviews.
