| Details: | I returned a phone call from John Arand with Deer View Cooperative and spoke with him and other representatives about the Failure to Correct Deficiencies letter that was sent to them. We discussed how Lead and Copper sampling, SWS Operator certification, Coliform Sampling Plan, etc. are still required of the system. I emailed Deer View Cooperative the upcoming OAWU SWS Operator courses, a DRC certification form, Coliform Sampling Plan document and the Public Notice instructions and template to be completed and distributed to all users of the system's water. | ||
