| Details: | Judy called questioning a letter she received from OHA that touched on three points: 1. NITRATE SAMPLING. I asked her to find 2024 results and resubmit if found or go ahead and collect a sample. State data base shows last sample result was 2023. 2. CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORT AND CERTIFICATION "PAST DUE" She had confidence both were done by the due date. She said she made copies of both and had in her possessions. I suggested making another copy and resubmit to Portland. 3. CROSS CONNECTION ANNUAL FEE PAYMENT. After discussion, we decided the letter might be a courtesy notice for all points. As the fee increases by 50% on January 1st decided to pay promptly. |
