| Details: | 11.08.2024-Civil West Engineering reported being at the park on 11.06.2024. The operator received instructions on how to perform a scratch-magnet test to physically inspect the service lines to nine of the randomly selected 42 spaces. The operator will test the nine service lines to determine the type of material. Once the inventory is revised, Judy will submit the final version to DMCE. 10.28.2024-Judy was contacted to inform her that the SLI was rejected because the system incorrectly used the statistical method to identify the service lines materials, and the methodology described in the inventory is inaccurate. The operator requested assistance to complete the SLI. Next steps: Assistance requested through the Circuit Rider Program. |
