Details:
Conducted Level 2 investigation on 11/6 following confirmed E.coli. Noted a large gap open to atmosphere in the south of two reservoir hatch risers. Operator Eric patched the opening with concrete and will continue to work to ensure these risers are watertight. Eric sent me photo of patch.
