| Details: | The operator notified our office and DW Compliance via email that on 11/03/24, well pump #3 failed, causing well pump #2 to pump unchlorinated water into the potable water system. They are currently making repairs to well pump #3 to resolve the issue. Once chlorination is restored, they will collect samples and report the results. | ||
