Details:	TC positive in RT, RPs and TG samples. 12.11.2024 - TC positive in TG sample collected on 12.09.2024 Prior to collecting this sample, the system shocked the well. Bandon well and pump shocked the well on December 2nd. After chlorine levels were back to normal, the system collected the TG sample on December 9th. The operator stated that she followed proper sampling procedure. No specific source of contamination has been identified. Next steps: No further actions required at this time. The system will continue collecting monthly RT samples and yearly AS samples. 11.25.2024- one TG sample and one RP sample came back TC Positive. A request was made via email to the operator to provide an update on corrective actions that the system has done and to confirm if they are still on a voluntary boil advisory. 11.13.2024-System completed a L1 coliform investigation. The operator noted in the report that site No. 33 had a resent septic issue. Site No. 33 is located near the wellhead. The septic issue on site No. 33 was identified as a possible cause for the recent coliform contamination. The operator was advised to collect special samples after completing any corrective actions. 11.12.2024-All three RPs and the TG samples came back positive for TC but negative for E. Coli. The operator posted a voluntary boil water advisory. Next steps: The operator was instructed to complete a Level 1 coliform investigation and email a copy of the boil water advisory. Additionally, the operator is considering shock chlorination of the system, and guidance on this process has been provided. 11.08.2024-The RT sample collected at space No. 14 on 11.06.24, tested positive for TC. The operator was contacted via email and advised to collect 3 RPs and a TG sample at the source. The operator stated that she is planning to collect the follow up samples on 11.11.2024.
