| Details: | Nick Alviani spoke with Brandon. He has stated that they have done some work this past year in December, but no other work in the distribution line. Possible break in neighbor’s yard about in early April - but no standing or pooling water noticed since. I sent Brandon the Level 1 investigation form and told him that he will need to submit 3 samples from the distribution next month may following the level 1 and any corrective action. | ||
