Details: Phone call with Yanira regarding TC+ samples marked as repeats; she stated the 11/5/24 samples (no samples for October) should have been labeled routine instead of repeat. She stated she would reach out to the new technician/vendor who collected the samples to contact the lab to resubmit those sample results as routine, and then also collect 1 triggered sample at the well and 3 repeats in the distribution.
