Details: Contacted Roger to inform him that all repeats came back positive for total coliform. Only item remaining on coliform schedule that they haven’t completed is the 3 temporary routines in December. See below:

TCR: 3 Temporary Routine sample(s) per Month to be taken 12/01/2024 - 12/31/2024 at DIST-A

2nd Level 2 was completed 11/13, still no sanitary hazards observed within 100 feet. Wellhead still in good condition. Recently well has had issues with black residue in water and no water coming out of faucet. These issues were not observed at Level 2 investigation. Reached out to OHA regarding next steps. Due to system lacking a distribution or power it could pose issues installing disinfection. State has issued a letter to system requiring disinfection by May 2025. Operator is aware that this letter is coming with deadline and instructions for plan review. Operator will await advice on possible disinfection options. He would be willing to remove handle/lock wellhead if that is the only option.
