| Details: | Called and spoke with Mr. Rose about the trigger and repeat sampling. I let him know that the trigger sample came back clean however 2 of the repeat samples came back positive. the Lady's Restroom came back positive for E. Coli and total coliform. The Men's Restroom came back positive for total coliform. We discussed shock chlorinating the system to clean out any contamination that may be present. I let him know we will need to set up a time to do a level 2 investigation. | ||
