| Details: | Received a phone call from Daniel. Their RT sample came back positive. Informed him to collect three(3) repeat samples within 24 hours after notification from the lab is received. I also noted that triggered samples will need to be collected at any source that was active during the time the TC+ sample was taken. Three(3) repeat samples 1. One(1) at the location of where the original TC+ sample came from. (repeat sample) 2. One(1) five connections upstream from the location of the TC+ location (repeat sample) 3. One(1) five connections downstream from the location of the original location of the TC+ positive location. (repeat sample) Two(2) triggered samples - At any source(well) that was active during the time the TC+ sample was taken. 1. Well 1 (SRC-AA) 2. Well 2 (SRC-AB) Sent email to operator in addition to phone call at 02:23 PM. |
