| Details: | I emailed Daniel to inform them that they have 3 repeat samples that came back positive for coliform. They have 30 days from the date the investigation is triggered (the day the sample results were reported) to complete the investigation, correct any sanitary defects found, and send the form back to me. I also informed them that they have to collect 3 temporary routine samples within the month of December. |
