| Details: | Scott called concerned with 3 violations showing for the water system on the state's on-line data base. One was a missed source sample from october 2023. I said I would email the state and ask for a return to compliance designation resulting from follow up sampling since then. the other 2 violations related to sharing the CCR and certifying the CCR was indeed shared. Scott shared that he had submitted the info to correct the violation on about 11/19/26. I asked that he give state staff several weeks to complete the data entry and to check the data base about the first of the year. If state staff is satisfied with submission those violations will be resolved in the data base no later than January. |
