| Details: | Contacted Cole Hawkey regarding the 4 alerts generated by the TC+ repeat samples and source sample. (All 4 samples were negative for E coli.) A Level 1 Investigation is required to be done. A copy of the Level 1 form has been emailed. I instructed them to complete the Level 1 Investigation and to collect 3 routine samples next month. Awaiting submission of Level 1 Investigation form. | ||
