| Details: | DWS staff contacted system personnel regarding the October SWTR submission for BWD, noting that the system failed to meet CT requirements on 10/25/2024. DWS Staff explained this constitutes a treatment technique violation and necessitates the issuance of a PN. A PN template was provided, with a request for the system to submit a copy of the completed notice and provide the date of its distribution. 12/2/2024 Update: System stated plans to increase chlorine and consider reducing pH as needed to meet CT. PN copy received and sent to customers 11/30/2024. |
