| Details: | I received a voicemail from Mr. Stegner he stated he works for a company called JLL and they provide maintenance work for the Church of Latter Day Saints. He said he had called to find out what was his next step would be after the repeat positives. I explained to him that because the trigger sample came back positive he needed to pull 5 confirmation source samples. I let him know also that he will need to post a Public Notice. I emailed Mr. Stegner the Public notice template and the e. coli letter that would be mailed to the system by the Drinking Water Program. | ||
