| Details: | System got a vio postcard in the mail and unsure what the vio is for. No coliform sample reported for 4th quarter '18. Jane said their lab did take a coliform sample on 11/5/18. I told her to call her lab to see if they sent it in to the state. I told her once they get a sample in for 1st quarter the violation would return to compliance. | ||
