| Details: | Operator was contacted about positive coliform sample taken in distribution. Since operator was out of town, Staff had already taken sample and submitted to lab. Operator was to take one source sample and three repeats in distribution. Staff took a single sample from the same location as the positive sample. Operator was informed that not all the sampling required had been done. |
