| Details: | Operator was aware that the not all of the samples had been taken and that the repeat sample was also positive. Operator took two additional samples and a source sample. All samples that were required by 12.2.24 have now been taken. The last samples that were taken came back negative including the source sample. Sampling schedule shows that operator is back to taking monthly samples as of January 2025. |
