| Details: | Distribution Sample taken on November 25, 2024, came back total coliform positive. Advised owner/operator Rick Howard to take the following repeat samples GWR: 1 Triggered sample(s) to be taken and reported 11/25/2024 - 12/06/2024 1 at SRC-BA - WELL ----- TCR: 1 Repeat sample(s) within 24 hours of a TC+ Routine Sample to be reported 11/26/2024 - 12/06/2024 at DIST-A Repeat samples were taken on November 26, 2024. Samples from well, original positive site space #6 and space # 2 were all total coliform positive. Space # 1 came back negative for total coliform. System currently does not have treatment on water system. Operator will conduct a chlorine shock treatment and flush lines and retest. |
