| Details: | Source sample well #2 had positive total coliform test. Operator is considering adding disinfection to system, would prefer to use UV however is unsure how to accomplish this. We discussed alternative options and also using the circuit rider for system planning assistance. I spoke with operator on phone and in office about the tests and disinfection. Operator to resume quarterly testing. |
