| Details: | I am reaching out about the recent violation for missing the Consumer Confidence Report certification. The CCR is due every year on July 1st, and it covers information for your water system customers about the prior year. The report also needs to be certified by October 1st. The certification is a form that discusses how and when the consumer confidence report was sent to the users of the system.
