| Details: | Returned phone call from operator. He wanted to verify how many and which type coliform test had to be done next as he has his vendor coming out for the testing. I let him know the November Routine Coliform test was missed. The 4 early November follow ups were done in response to the late October +coliform but no routine. He agrees to have routine coliform done now and then stay on monthly routine distribution coliform test as needed and annual source coliform. | ||
