| Details: | 12.05.2024 I clarified to the operator that DMCE received the samples on August 27, 2024. Unfortunately, the lab failed to inform the operator that the TOC and DBP samples were compromised due to improper temperature control during shipment. These samples did not meet EPA criteria and were subsequently rejected. As a result, their data cannot be used for compliance purposes. Only the VOC samples were deemed acceptable for analysis. Next steps: RTC violation after the system reports their next DBP and TOC lab results. 09.17.20204 Data Online shows that the system received a one-point violation for not reporting DBPs and TOC lab results. The operator emailed me results for VOCs, DBPs and TOC samples. Next steps: lab results forwarded to DMCE. |
