| Details: | Service Line Inventory - Initial SLI rejected. 12.05.2024 DWS reached out to the operator. The operator stated that he is prepared to submit the SLI, but he is waiting for management to approve the SLI. DWS offered assistance to review the SLI, but the operator declined. The operator was advised to submit the report prior to December 20, 2024. After this date, EPA will initiate enforcement on systems that have not submitted an accepted SLI report. For your reference, the initial SLI was rejected because it did not include all service lines, and the methodology questions were not answered. |
