| Details: | Emailed firm regarding the recent TC positive sample at this Ray's store on 11/26/2024. The 3 repeat samples were already collected with absent results. Reminded them to take three additional temporary routine samples by the end of December. Additionally, discussed that all of the 2024 and most of the 2023 coliform samples did not have a chlorine residual recorded on the lab sheet/SDWIS database. This system has 4-log disinfection that was installed due to the E. coli positive source and that the chlorine residual needs to be maintained at 0.5 mg/L or above, up to 4.0 mg/L. The chlorine residual should be measured and recorded whenever a coliform sample is collected. Also, received a new number for the DW contact which was updated in SIDWIS. |
