| Details: | A letter that was sent to Rays address was returned in the mail. I reached out to Ray to ask if I could update his contact information. He confirmed that he is still living at the address that we have on file and that he has been getting his mail. It is still not clear why the letter was returned initially, but it should not be an issue going forward. | ||
