| Details: | I followed up on the corrosion control monitoring for January. There was an entry point excursion on the 21st measuring a pH of 4.36, which is below the minimum value of 7. The operator noted calibration of the pH meter auto-generated erroneous data on the 21st that was not edited out of the previously submitted report. An amended report was submitted. No further action at this time. |
