| Details: | Received word that the circuit rider, Civil West, had been contacted by Tim at Highland Ranch Estates regarding low water pressures at homes at higher elevations. This system was inactivated when it stopped using the wells that were high in arsenic and connected to City of Hines, but upon review it should have been reclassified as a purchasing water system as HRE is responsible for maintaining its own distribution system and is billed only for the water use at two master meters. Spoke with Tim and updated him on the need to reactivate the water system and resume monthly coliform sampling effective January 2025. Sent Tim and the circuit rider some documents from our files that could be useful. | ||
