| Details: | All 3 repeats absent following 12/4 routine TC+ but triggered source sample for well #5 positive. Swen thinks he identified a problem with the well 5 sampling port and will fix and took additional sample Monday 12/9. Cannot invalidate and replace because triggered sample was not at same location as original positive. Emailed Swen level one investigation form. Find and fix and continue normal routine monthly sampling. | ||
