| Details: | Emailed a letter stating the following: Good morning Mr. Stein and Mr. Steele On August 27, 2018 you were mailed a letter informing you that a Level 1 Coliform Investigation was required and to be submitted to my office by September 28, 2018. Did you ever complete the investigation? I am asking because the State issued a non-reporting violation. I have attached the letter and investigation form for reference. This water system was also issued a non-reporting violation for not providing Nitrate water sample. Did anyone sample for nitrates in 2018? I also think Andy determined that they had missed the nitrate sample in 2018. We’ll plan to get those items completed when the system opens in late spring. |
