| Details: | Drinking Water Services (DWS) at this time is abandoning the plan review related to PR#2024-63 for the well (JACK7220) constructed at 6407 Table Rock Rd. The reason this plan review is being abandoned is because the well was constructed prior to the current adoption of Drinking Water Services construction standards (OAR 333-061-0050). The well will be added to our inventory. While plan review is not required, the water system will need to correct any deficiencies at the well that are identified at the next water system survey. The well has also been granted a waiver for not meeting setback standards because the neighboring gravity sewer was constructed within the setback. The well is permitted for use at this time. | ||
