Details: I just wanted to let you know that there is a violation for missing a routine sample for the month of November 2024. I know that you ended up needing to take 3 repeats and 1 triggered sample in response to the coliform alert in October, but the routine samples need to be taken as well.

Since you were able to get samples submitted for the month of December, I will ask OHA to return the violation to compliance.

Also, your routine for the month of December came back positive for coliform as well, so please submit 1 triggered sample and 3 repeats as soon as possible.
