| Details: | Julene called asking for direction in follow up sampling for an OVS ground water system after coliform found present in a quarterly distribution sample. Instruction: 1. collect a source assessment sample as soon as practical 2. collect another distribution sample as a repeat as soon as practical As the sample showing coliform present was taken from an outside faucet I advised to thoroughly clean and disinfect the faucet and give several minutes of flush time before collecting the sample. If either 1 or 2 show coliform present please call to discuss. |
