| Details: | Returned phone call from operator as they found information in their operation manual that was asked about during their survey but didnt have the answer for. The flusing valves are located in space 49 and 50 in the park. We also reviewed the survey and necessary corrections including the timelilne. I e-mailed a pdf of the survey and cover letter and the link to SOC testing needed for one of the corrections. The survey was mailed but the park manager has unopened mail and was not aware of it coming and needing to be addressed. I advised on having the corrective action plan by end of 30 days and the full corrections complete at end of deadline in the letter and report. | ||
