| Details: | Called the operator to discuss +coliform test and follow up test. Discussed sample technique. The distribution sample location might have swivel head and aerator. I e-mailed guidance after the conversation for follow up testing at distribution and source. Option remains to switch to city water if needed and asked for update if that's what is going to be done as well as re-disinfecting the well and flushing again. Acknowledged reciept of Level 1 investigation form. | ||
