| Details: | I spoke with the operator regarding the repeat TC+ sample (mens RR). The originally positive sample (ladies RR) was negative during the repeat samples. Both restrooms share the same waterline. The operator did not take the aerator off the mens RR sink. The operator will be taking a special sample at the TC+ repeat sample site. I emailed the operator some disinfection guidance documents and the level 1 coliform investigation to complete. | ||
